Tarangire Treetops
Warmly decorated to fit in with the African bush
Tarangire Treetops is a rather unique design that sits in its own private game reserve on the outskirts of Tarangire National Park.
The main area is built around a magnificent 700-year-old Baobab tree and is warmly decorated to blend in with the surrounding African bush. Each of the 20 open-fronted tree houses (yes, tree houses!) is massive and offers a luxury that is oddly perched up high with views spanning the Tarangire’s splendor.
The large deck in front of your house is ideal for bird watching or simply relaxing with an ice cold drink after a long day of gaming.
You have direct access to the National Park and can spend the day driving through it, but due to park restrictions, you must return in the evening. However, you will not miss out on night drives because the lodge has access to the private reserve in which it is located, giving you the opportunity to see nocturnal animals on their moonlit strolls. You can also go on some excellent guided bush walks to see some of the finer details of the bush.
