Naibor Camp, perched on the banks of the Talek River, offers true luxury in the heart of the Mara and is a prime location for the migration, which passes through the reserve from July to October each year.
You will be perfectly placed to enjoy the surrounding woodland in privacy and comfort, as there are only 7 large and open canvas tents. On your own veranda, day beds are neatly positioned, ideal for an afternoon siesta. The main ‘mess’ tent has sofas where you can simply relax in the afternoons before embarking on your game viewing activity and is ideal for a post-safari chat around the fire.
Even when the migration is not in sight, there is an abundance of game in this area. Game thrives in this lush ecosystem, attracting some of the most vicious predators, who feed on the herds of plains game that call this place home. With the Talek River on your doorstep, you will be able to hear and even see the sounds of the wildlife that is drawn to the waters.
