Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge, located on a plateau along the Lion Hill, is arguably one of the best accommodations from which to view the incredible Lake Nakuru and the thousands of flamingos that line its shores. The lodge is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and offers panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding National Park, making it an idyllic escape.
The Lodge has 67 chalets, three of which are luxurious suites. All of these rooms face Lake Nakuru and have breathtaking views of the lake and its surroundings. Raised wooden walkways connect the rooms to the main lodge areas.
The Standard Rooms provide a spacious, elegant setting with stylish furniture, optimal privacy, and en suite bathrooms. Seven of these rooms are interconnected, making them ideal for families or small groups of friends. Each chalet opens onto a private patio with breathtaking views.
The restaurant serves meals on the ground floor, and there is also a patio at the pool. Lunch is served as a buffet, and dinner is table d’hote with a seating capacity of 200 people. The Rift Valley Bar on the ground floor overlooks the lake and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The lodge restaurant and bar open onto a large viewing deck with spectacular views.
