The dry season in Kenya, which coincides with the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra, is one of the best times to visit the country.
The rainy season is also a good time to visit because there are fewer tourists and you can appreciate the stunning glistening vegetation. December is a particularly good time to visit Kenya because the rains are brief and you can see newborn animals and migratory bird species. Only the peak of the ‘long rains’ in March, April, and May are particularly wet.
